Gold Medal Products 5099-00-100 propane funnel cake fryer is capable of cooking six 8″ funnel cakes at a time. The oil basin in the 5099-00-100 Funnel Cake Fryer can hold 50 pounds of oil and has a built in drain.  The 5099-00-100 can mount directly to the #5096 Low Boy Cart.  You will need a 80-100 lb. propane tank for the fryer to work properly.  Because the fryer uses propane, it is designed for outdoor use, making it a great fryer for amusement parks, festivals and more. The fryer design was updated in 2023 with the gas controls now using a millivolt system.
